Mr Anil Acharya is a passionate, strategic visionary in healthcare management. Mr Anil has over one and half decade of experience in the healthcare sector spanning providers’, medical insurance, HIS & RCM and regulatory space. Mr Anil has an MSc in Health economic and MBA in operations and healthcare
Mr Anil started his career with prominent healthcare providers’ in UAE and held senior strategic positions’ with international insurance company, TPA, and multinational tech company managing the MENA region viz Cigna Insurance ME , NEXtCARE - Allianz, Mediclinic group, Cerner,University Hospital, Al Zahra Hospital.
Driven by compassion, vision and divergent thinking Mr Anil has chalked an delivered exponential growth curve with mastery across areas of reinsurer, insurance & broker liaison, insurance regulatory compliance, risk analysis and management of service excellence. Mr Anil has keen interest in areas of automation, operations, business development, provider networking, medical insurance, analytics, finance and administration. Such wide industry expertise and experience has enabled Mr Anil to make significant and positive contributions’ in improving overall strategic expansion, create and manage revenue verticals’, financial growth and service excellence with groups he served
Mr Anil is an ardent believer in resource development, his proficiency in training and policy creation & management has guided and groomed colleagues to develop and improve key skills in areas of strategic management, performance management, negotiation, reducing negative exposures, audit and network management resulting such resources holding key industry positions.
Identifying effective cost containment measures’ and implementing agile methodology has resulted in efficient cost control, process management and minimized loss exposures’. Mr Anil has created indigenous process, policy and monitoring tools, including E- billing, automated back end process (Submission, resubmission and reconciliation), E prescription and E authorization. Mr Anil also have deep knowledge in policy wordings, terms and treaties affecting medical claims regionally and internationally.
